BRAVEHEARTS - AGM,

SACHD - Helping Families Across Scotland

Who are we?

Bravehearts is a Scotland Wide Branch of the SACHD (Scott) for Adults with Congenital Heart Disease. We were set up in 1996 after the European Heart Conference. We are run by people with Congenital Heart Disorders, for people with Congenital Heart Disorders. 

Committee members

We are here for all adult congenital heart patients in Scotland.

We will:

>  Support all congenital heart patients in Scotland
>  Represent congenital heart patients at local and national levels to the NHS and Governmental institutions to improve services
>  Share information and arrange communication forums for congenital heart patients
>  Work with all other congenital heart charities and patient groups in the UK, Europe and internationally
>  Promote and support the work of quality research
>  Work with all health professionals in collaborative encouragement

Our Activities
Weekend Breaks for Adults over 18 to get away from it all and try new activities, make new friends and have fun. 

Sponsored Walks/card sales
Held to raise money for Bravehearts.

Bowling and Social evenings
Come along and meet everyone.
