INR Machines

The Scottish Association for Children with Heart Disorders is pleased, while funding permits, to offer CoaguChek machines to Children and Adults with a Congenital Heart Condition.

Machines for children are issued through the Cardiology Department at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children at Yorkhill.

Adults who are able to provide written confirmation from a health professional i.e. a GP, Haematologist or Cardiologist, that they are suitable for this programme, and that while using an INR machine, continuous monitoring and management will be provide, can obtain an application form through their nearest Branch.

Machines are issued free of charge and will remain with the recipient for as long as needed.
