A discussion event especially for 15-21 year old congenital heart patients to talk about the ACHD Review with the NHS Specialised Services team.
This will be followed by a jointly hosted fun event with CHF, where we shall tour Birmingham's beautiful canals by boat, eat lunch and listen to music on the waterways!
Numbers permitting, there will be two minibuses available to take people to/from London and Manchester. Both of these buses will have a CHF or NHS representative on board. Alternatively, other reasonable travel costs can be reimbursed.
